Continued Custody Hearing Objectives:
- Learners will understand that CINC attorneys represent their client’s
“expressed wishes”. - Leaners will understand that parents/children must be provided notice of the Continued Custody Hearing.
- Learners will understand how to apply a “Reasonable Efforts” legal analysis in a Continued Custody Hearing.
- Learning will remember that CINC Judgments must be specific for each child.
