Adjudication Hearing Objectives
- Learners will understand that the State has the burden of proving the allegations contained in the CINC petition.
- Learners will understand the role and duties of a “Curator ad hoc” in CINC proceedings.
- Learners will understand that hearsay is not admissible in Adjudication hearings.
