Answer Hearing Objectives:
- Learners will understand that all known and unknown parents must be served with notice of a pending CINC hearing even if their whereabouts are unknown.
- Learners will understand that the State has the burden of proving allegations contained in the CINC petition.
- Learners will understand that Foster Parents must be provided notice of all hearings regarding children in their physical care.
