Permanency Hearing Objectives
- Learners will understand how Mental Health professionals engage with parents whose children are in need of care.
- Learners will understand how to apply a “Reasonable Efforts” legal analysis in a Permanency Hearing.
- Learners will remember and distinguish the different roles and responsibilities of each stakeholder in the CINC process.
